On October 18th, ECHO India, in collaboration with National Health Mission (NHM) Manipur, organised a two-day Immersion Training for senior health officials of the state. The training was aimed at apprising the state's health officials about ways to effectively implement ECHO's 'hub and spoke' model of capacity building to further strengthen the state's health system.
The Immersion Training was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Dr. Sapam Ranjan Singh, Hon'ble Minister, Health and Family Welfare, Government of Manipur. Other key dignitaries present at the Immersion included Dr. Somorjit Ningombam, State Mission Director and Dr. Y. Premchandra Singh, State Nodal Officer, NCD, NHM Manipur.
