Orientation
ECHO India hosts a full-day in-person event during which our leadership gives presentations on the implementation of the ECHO Model. You will also participate in one teleECHO program. This is a great opportunity to get acquainted and engage with members of the ECHO team as well as other organizations from around the country interested in learning more about Project ECHO
Immersion
Once your organization has signed our partnership documents, we offer a deeper dive into the ECHO Model and the next steps for implementation through a 3-day in-person (currently virtual) training. Through the immersion, you will develop a rapport with our replication team and other concerned members who will assist you in setting up your teleECHO programs.

Virtual Training
Roles & Responsibilities in an ECHO program
2nd Friday of each month
In this virtual training session, you will learn how to run a teleECHO program and get the right people, in the right place, at the right time and with the right materials. This also includes teleECHO program preparation, creating agendas, as well as outreach and recruitment of community participants or spokes.
Advanced Zoom for Hubs
3rd Friday of each month
The ECHO IT virtual training is a very useful skill-building session which gives an overview of the Zoom platform. It is designed to help your IT staff get an understanding of how Zoom works and how to deal with ECHO-related IT issues. This training is key for smooth operation and flow of all teleECHO programs & sessions.
iECHO Spark Virtual Training
4th Friday of each month
In this virtual training, you will learn how to use iECHO Spark, Project ECHO’s web-based partner relations management tool used to manage teleECHO programs, collect data and provide online resources to partners.
Basics of Zoom
1st Friday of each month
A very useful skill-building training and an overview of the Zoom platform. It is designed to give spokes a better understanding of how to use Zoom while participating in a teleECHO program. This training is key for ensuring a smooth flow and ease of use while attending a teleECHO session.
